Atheia
Atheia is compact but strategically critical. Vel Thorn — its dominant nation — is divided into three administratively distinct districts with markedly different characters: an import hub in the north, a fortified administrative core in the south, and an agricultural hinterland to the west separated from the others by the Yevuun Freeband.
The Freeband corridor cuts through Atheia like a seam, making the continent unusually permeable to outside ideas and movement. Hevrath, Atheia's secondary nation, is industrially capable but economically resentful of its dependency on Vel Thorn's manufacturing demand.
Current Political Status
Tense. South Vel Thorn is well-controlled, but Outer Vel Thorn lives under rationing and restricted movement. Labour unrest in Hevrath is ongoing.
